Part 2, an acrobat walks a tight rope on top of the Zugspitze in the Bavarian Alps. Part 3, Gen. Eisenhower greets a new class at Columbia Univ., and golfs with George Allen. James Roosevelt urges Eisenhower as the Democratic nominee for the presidency. Pres. Truman, in Bolivar, Mo., entertains Pres. Romulo Gallegos of Venezuela. They unveil a statue of Simon Bolivar. Part 4 shows summer skiing on artificial ice at Lake Placid, N.Y.
